All our textiles are 100% handmade using traditional blockprint techniques.
The crafts people we work with were taught by their parents, who were, in turn, taught by theirs – each generation working almost exactly as the one before.
“The crafts people we work with are experts and make each item with patience and care.”
TEXTILES
Block printing
After designing a pattern and cutting it into a piece of wood, the patterns are printed on the fabric.
Tedious and precise work, blockprinting is the earliest, simplest and slowest of all methods of textile printing. And we love it.

Unique items
Large pieces of printed fabric are sun-dried. Each piece is unique.
Back in our workshop we use the fabrics to make throws, pillows and other accessories.
“Our oh-so lovely textiles are printed by hand with carved wooden blocks and oh-so versatile.”
