Doing Goods' Grievance Mechanism

Report an incident

Report an incident

At Doing Goods, we believe in creating positive impact through the way we work, collaborate, and grow. Openness, honesty, and respect for people and the planet guide everything we do.

That’s why we provide a safe and accessible way for employees, suppliers, customers, partners, communities, and other stakeholders to raise concerns or report incidents related to our social, environmental, ethical, or governance practices.

For product-related questions—such as quality, usage, orders, returns, or pricing—please contact the Doing Goods Customer Care team directly, as these topics fall outside this grievance mechanism.

Speaking up helps us learn, improve, and stay true to our values. Thank you for helping us build a more responsible business.
