Want to return your order?
Ofcourse we hope you love your Doing Goods purchase as much as we do. But we also gladly accept returns, simply follow the instructions below.

How its works
You have 14 days from the receiving date to return any product(s). So when you receive your order we recommend you do not throw away the original packaging as this may come in handy in case you wish to return the item.

Any damage that occurs during the return shipment will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

Items with signs of use, scratches or damages will be rejected and returned to sender.

Please also note shipping costs of returning items are fully worn by the customer.

For all orders within Europe
To initiate the return, please use our return portal and return your order in few steps. Please note that you will need your postal code and the order number or the track & trace number.

For all orders outside of Europe
To initiate the return, please use our return form. Before returning your purchase, please send an email to lovetoshop@doing-goods.com within 14 days after delivery date, so we know your parcel is on its way. After the 14 days period returns will not be accepted.

Please place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other solid cardboard box. Fill out the return form and include it inside the box. Close the box and tape it securely. You can send the package with the return form to:

We would strongly recommend sending the return with a track and trace code, because in case it gets lost along the way we cannot take responsibility.

Receiving your refund
Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. The amount will be refunded into the account where the original payment came from within 14 working days.

Exchanges
Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the right item or size you prefer.

So to ensure you get your goodies before Xmas, we’re turning our locations in Amsterdam (Generaal Vetterstraat 75B & C) and Venray (Maasheseweg 79D, Limburg) into Xmas pick-up locations. Yay!

How does it work? It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Place your order online before Tuesday 21st of December 5pm
  2. Select your preferred pick-up location in the check-out
  3. Your order will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday 22 December between 10am-5pm
